For just £25 we can remotely connect to your device to try to help you solve simple problems. Alternatively for just £3 per month you can get this service on a rolling contract.
We will spend up to 45 minutes going through your device issue including problem solving, if after 45 minutes we cannot complete the repair remotely, it will need to come to the workshop for parts etc, if this is the case, we will deduct £10 from the final repair bill, meaning we have charged you a £15 diagnostic fee.
There are several scenarios where a remote repair would not be available.
1) Startup problems, if you are unable to boot your machine to your desktop due to hardware problems.
2) No network connectivity or internet connection.
